Dear ,
Just some quick updates, on this gorgeous summer evening. Please let your friends and neighbors know they can sign up for these newsletters at claycapp.com.
Upcoming KVB Bridge closure
KVB Bridge will be closed between 9:00am and 3:00pm on June 18-June 20.
This closure is for routine maintenance on the structure of the bridge. It will remain open to pedestrians and cyclists during the closure hours
Please plan accordingly and let me know any questions!
Gallatin / Main Street Improvements
NDOT is continuing its work on designing transit and safety upgrades to Gallatin and Main Street. They just announced some new opportunities for community engagement, which are coming up soon so I wanted to let y’all know. Please see below for details. These will not be the last meetings on this topic, and everyone can always reach out to me with feedback, questions, etc. You can learn more about the project here.
East Bank meeting schedule
In my last newsletter I mentioned some upcoming meetings about the proposed rezoning of the East Bank. A general presentation of the proposal will be held on Monday evening, and details are now included below:
Separately, D5 CM Sean Parker and I will host an East Side meeting on this topic at Warner Elementary School, in the auditorium, on July 9th at 6:00pm. Legislation sponsor and D19 CM Jacob Kupin will join us there. Please check it out!
As always, please reach out to me directly at [email protected] or 615-864-0008. You can also use Hub Nashville for an array of city services and other Metro requests.
Hope to see you soon. Yours in service, Clay
